BI4ALL, a national reference company in the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions, will hold the third edition of Talent Academy, a program designed to facilitate the integration of recent graduates into the job market.
Scheduled to begin December 4, the Talent Academy will enroll 5 Trainees over a two-month period, where participants will receive theoretical and practical training. At the end of these two months of training, as in previous years, BI4ALL will give graduates the opportunity to embrace company projects, both nationally and internationally.
Throughout the program, the Trainees will be guided by a team of Senior Managers and Consultants, who will then evaluate them, both at a practical and theoretical level. With this initiative, it is BI4ALL's goal to provide Trainees with different opportunities in a dynamic environment and with continuous collaboration between teams. In this way, it is intended to stimulate a sustained and close entry of participants in the job market.
BI4ALL, with the creation of this Academy, will offer to the Trainees the possibility to develop their knowledge in Business Intelligence, through the contact with different BI platforms, namely, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, among others. It is extremely important for these young people to be in direct contact with the job market, because only in this way can the Trainees learn what they are not taught in universities, namely the most practical component. In this sense, it is also intended to foster the development of their technical skills in different methodologies, as well as to stimulate their analytical thinking, based on the different aspects of the business.
Throughout 2017, BI4ALL was present at reference events at prestigious universities, where candidates had the opportunity to meet and at the same time apply for the Talent Academy. After this enrollment, the youngsters were submitted to interviews with Human Resources and practical tests related to their technical knowledge. From the results were selected 5 people, who will now participate in this Academy with an employment contract.
