Lisbon, January 7th 2020 – The Pestana Hotel Group, the largest international group of Portuguese origin, with 100 hotels in 15 countries across Europe, Africa and America, has been boosting its business through BI4ALL Analytics Solutions by making the most of the generated data and enabling management to focus more on analysis and results.
As a response to the challenges in the data management, that the organization was facing, the BI4ALL solution was implemented, enabling the Group to have the most aggregated and structured information. Given the tremendous growth in recent years and the effects of its activity, Pestana Hotel Group was processing vast amounts of data from several independent sources, and each team was working this information differently, producing their dashboards and reports, which resulted in multiple versions of the same content. Which, in turn, meant that at meetings, the parties involved spent a lot of time to reconcile this data and effectiveness was eventually lost, as well the fact that the information was scattered, led to discrepancies and some insights did not exist or were very hard to obtain.

Presently, the information is consolidated and updated daily in dashboards, which are easily accessible to the Organization, therefore allowing management to focus more on analysis and results than on data sources.
