Lisbon, April 27, 2017 - BI4ALL, the national leader in the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions, is present at the eighth edition of Jobshop Ciências, the annual employment fair of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL). Scheduled for April 27th, this event has as main objective to promote the contact between the business world, the international area, the public sector and the finalist students and recent graduates.
In this way, the Technology company bet on the participation of this event, as a silver sponsor and will share with these young people its vision and market experience, both nationally and internationally. BI4ALL's presence in this type of event is a unique opportunity to be able to contact and meet an audience that, in the future, may be its employees and at the same time, share its values with them. In this edition, BI4ALL will also present its HR policies and how these will impact the retention of talent, as well as explain the reasons for being considered one of the best companies to work in Portugal.
Talent has always been a pillar of BI4ALL's development and, as such, the commitment to this type of initiative has always been a priority. An example of this is the annual Talent Academy editions, which will once again open in September in order to encourage a sustained entry of young IT graduates into the job market. In this way, BI4ALL has as main objective to offer to the trainees the possibility to develop their knowledge in Business Intelligence, through the development of their technical competences in different methodologies, as well as to foment their analytical thinking, taking into account the different aspects of the business.
For José Oliveira, BI4ALL CEO, "It is extremely important to be present at this type of events, since it allows us to contact a relevant and essential audience for BI4ALL. We are looking for young, dynamic people who want to make a difference and be part of a cohesive and innovative team. Because BI4ALL's success also depends on the success of its employees", he says.
